Bridging the gap between technology, art, and industry through curated interactive experiences
Navigating a one-month production window while pioneering a paid-entry model in a “free-event” culture. The project faced two monumental hurdles.
First was the timeline: the decision to move forward was finalized just one month before the event, leaving a negligible window for venue booking, marketing, and logistics.
Second was the business model: for the first time, TXRX transitioned to a paid-entry format. In a local market accustomed to free industry events, convincing the community to invest financially was a significant risk.
Furthermore, we had to manage the entire spectrum of production—from branding and stage design to live broadcasting—within this high-pressure timeframe.
Strategy
Validating the premium experience through a dual-track program of intellectual depth and artistic performance
To justify the paid model and ensure high-quality delivery, our strategy focused on Multidimensional Value.
We expanded the programming to cater to different professional layers: the “Creative Tech Forum” for developers, the “Industry Application Forum” for brands, and “Artist Lightning Talks” for inspiration.
By positioning the evening A/V performances as the emotional and sensory climax of the day, we created a comprehensive “Day-to-Night” experience that offered intellectual depth and artistic immersion, proving that high-quality content is worth the investment.

We executed a dual-track program that maximized the limited time and space.
The Forum Series featured experts from diverse fields, providing actionable insights into industry trends. Simultaneously, we managed a full-scale A/V Performance production, overseeing everything from technical stage planning and lighting to real-time visuals and global broadcasting.
Every touchpoint—from the website interface to the physical venue flow—was designed to reflect the precision and innovation inherent in the Luxmin brand.

Despite the tight deadline, TXRX 2025 was a resounding success, achieving professional-grade execution across design, marketing, and live operations.
By successfully implementing a paid model, we initiated a “Positive Cycle” for the local creative tech industry, proving that the community is ready to support sustainable, high-value ecosystems.
The event drew a diverse crowd of professionals, fostering new collaborations and solidifying TXRX’s reputation as the definitive stage for interactive experience in Taiwan.
