Process
Every project goes through the same seven stages. Some of them run on systems we built ourselves.
Proposal
MiseaA project starts as a layout. Venue, equipment, visitor flow and cabling go onto one drawing in Misea, so the proposal already fits the room and already carries an equipment list.
Design
Experience designThe team designs the visitor's path through the experience and what responds to them along it. The layout from the proposal stays in use, so each change to the design is checked against the room.
Build
InterKit · Custom developmentLuxmin builds all of it in-house, software and hardware together: sensing, circuits, control and content. The electronics side of this work is InterKit.
Test
Integration testEvery system runs for at least 24 hours without stopping before it leaves. It is checked for heat, power, leakage and water, and for whether it holds when knocked or shaken.
Install
On-site installationThe team installs on site and brings the system up against the same drawing it was planned on. The machines are then set to power on, start the show and shut down on a schedule.
Run
KitOps · Remote operationsWhile the show is open, the agent on every machine reports its health and counts every interaction. If a machine goes quiet, the team is alerted and maintains it remotely from Taipei.
Wrap
KitOpsThe project closes on what KitOps recorded: how many times the experience was used, at what hours, and how people moved through the space.
