TXRX 2025 was co-hosted by Luxmin and Perspectives: a day of forums and a night of live audiovisual performances. It was the first TXRX to sell tickets, and it went from decision to opening in one month.

Challenge

One month, and the first ticket

When we decided to go ahead, the date was one month away. That left no slack for the venue, the marketing or the paperwork.

TXRX had been free to enter, and this was the first edition with paid admission. In Taiwan, where industry events are usually free, that was a risk.

In the same month we also had to finish the key visual, the stage, the programme and the live stream.

Strategy

Fill the day, so the ticket is worth buying

The day held three forums, each with its own audience: the Creative Tech Forum for developers, the Industry Application Forum for brands and venues, and Artist Talks, where makers presented their own work.

The evening was a live A/V concert that closed the day, so the talk of the daytime led into the work at night.

The forums were streamed live, so people who could not come could buy a ticket to watch.

Solution

Everything from the programme to the stage

Together with Perspectives we produced the whole day: the programme and speaker invitations, the key visual and website, ticketing, stage engineering, lighting, real-time visuals and the live stream.

Eleven speakers and five audiovisual acts shared one stage, from ten in the morning to ten at night.

Result

Three firsts

It was our first full day of forums, the first time we sold tickets, and the first time we co-hosted with another team. All three happened on one day, after one month of preparation.

It also showed us what to change next time: sell early-bird tickets first, bring back the exhibition and add hands-on workshops, and rehearse until every speaker has tested on stage.

Insight

Beyond the programme, make the value clear

For a ticketed event, a good programme is half the work. The other half is letting people know it is worth it before they buy. That is the homework TXRX 2025 left us, and where the next edition starts.
